Zero 81 was founded in 2020 by Antonio Soldi, who wanted to celebrate authentic Neapolitan pizza, respecting tradition while incorporating a contemporary vision. Today, Zero 81 proudly operates two locations dedicated to pizza and Neapolitan fried food.
